Account and registration

To open an account on enjin, begin by visiting our website or downloading our mobile app. Enter your username, email, mobile number, and password. You will then receive a verification email; click the link to confirm your address. Next, you must complete Know-Your-Customer verification by uploading a government-issued ID (e.g., passport or national ID) and a selfie for identity matching. This step typically completes within minutes once submitted. Once approved, you can log in and make your first deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a mobile banking, local payment, or online payment virtual account. Your account is then active for sportsbook betting, live-dealer tables, slot games, and esports markets.

Log into your enjin account and navigate to Account Settings. You can update your email, mobile number, and password. If you wish to pause your account activity temporarily, contact our support team via in-app chat; we will disable your account for a period you specify, after which it reactivates automatically. During a pause, you cannot log in or place bets. You retain access to your account balance and withdrawal requests. All account changes are logged and encrypted for your security.

Payments and transactions

Yes. We at enjin accept deposits and process withdrawals via virtual accounts from e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. When you select one of these banks during deposit, we generate a unique virtual account number. Transfer the amount from your personal bank account to this virtual account; the funds appear in your enjin balance within standard processing windows. For withdrawals, we return funds to the same bank account you used for deposit. We do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees—any costs are set by your bank. online payment is not currently supported, but we may add it in future updates.

If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, check your enjin transaction history and your bank statement. A failed deposit usually means the transfer was rejected by the bank or payment provider; the funds remain in your source account. A pending withdrawal may indicate account verification is still in progress. Contact our support team via in-app chat with your transaction reference ID. We will investigate and confirm whether the funds are in our system or your bank's. If an error occurred on our side, we credit your enjin account immediately. If the issue is with your bank, they will advise next steps.

During account registration, if you have a valid promotion or referral code, you can enter it in the optional "Promotion Code" field on the signup form. The code must be applied before you complete your first deposit. Once you log in to your account, navigate to the Promotions section to see any active offers tied to your account. Codes cannot be applied retroactively after account creation. If you have a code but are unsure how to use it, contact our support team and provide the code; they will verify its validity and apply it manually if eligible.

Games and features

Demo mode is available for selected slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) and some esports games. In demo, you receive virtual credits to learn game mechanics without risking real money. Demo sessions have no time limit; you can play as long as you wish. Live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) do not offer demo mode—you must have an account and real funds to participate. To access demo slot games, visit the game library, select a game, and tap "Play Demo." Wins in demo do not translate to real account balance.

Your identity documents are kept secure and deleted after account closure plus any legally required retention period. We log all account activity so you can review login history and transaction details. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended for additional security. Never share your password or PIN; our support team will never ask for it.
